Pathibhara Sensor Solution Pvt. Ltd
Pluto Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Luna IoT Pvt. Ltd. (Pathivara Sensor Solutions) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to collaborate on the research, design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of innovative IoT products, embedded hardware, and firmware solutions in Nepal. The partnership brings together the technical expertise of both organizations in embedded systems, hardware design, firmware development, electronics manufacturing, and research and development (R&D). Together, the companies will develop reliable, high quality, and locally engineered technology solutions for agriculture, industrial automation, environmental monitoring, and smart infrastructure. This joint venture reflects a shared commitment to advancing Nepal's electronics and IoT industry by promoting local innovation, strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities, and creating technology solutions designed and built in Nepal for both local and international markets.
